What We Build

We design and build websites, applications and business systems for companies, schools and organisations — and we stay involved once they are live.

How We Work

A defined process, so you always know what has been agreed and where the work stands.

We ask first

A short set of questions before anything is priced, so the quote reflects the work rather than a guess.

Scope in writing

You confirm what will be built before it starts. Later additions are agreed separately, never quietly absorbed.

You can see progress

A private link showing the milestones, what is complete and what remains, updated as the work moves.

How We Price Work

We do not sell websites by the page. What you need decides the price, so every project is quoted on its own scope.

We scope it first

We ask what the system has to do and who has to use it, then put the scope in writing before anyone talks about cost.

A fixed quote

You get one written quote against that scope. If the scope changes later we re-quote the change rather than surprise you at invoicing.

Support is monthly

Once it is live, hosting, updates and support run on a monthly retainer with an agreed response time.

Questions We Are Asked Most

The things people want to know before they pick up the phone. Straight answers, including the ones that are less convenient for us.

What does a website cost?

There is no per-page price. What you need decides the cost, so every project is quoted on its own scope — a brochure site for a trades business and a booking system with logins and payments are not the same job and should not carry the same number. You get the scope and the price in writing before anything is built.

How long will it take?

It depends entirely on what is being built, which is why we scope in writing first. The written scope carries the timeline, so you are agreeing to a date rather than hoping for one. If the scope changes during the project, the timeline changes with it and we say so at the time.

Do I own the website afterwards?

Yes. The code, the data, the hosting account and the domain are yours and registered in your name. If you later want to work with someone else, you can take all of it with you. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because leaving is difficult.

Do you do hosting, or only the build?

Both. We set up hosting, the domain and the SSL certificate, and we can keep the site maintained and updated afterwards if you want that. Support and maintenance is a service in its own right rather than something bolted on.

Do you only work with businesses in Pretoria?

No. Pretoria Central is where we are, not a limit on who we work with. We have clients across Gauteng, around South Africa, and outside it — including a health service centre in Canada and an international training institute.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, and for some of the work it genuinely helps. Scoping a business system means understanding how your organisation actually works, and that conversation goes better in a room than on a video call. Writing the code afterwards does not need us to be nearby, and we will not charge you for meetings that exist to look attentive.

What if we already have a website?

That is common. Sometimes the right answer is a rebuild, sometimes it is fixing what is there, and occasionally it is leaving it alone and spending the money somewhere that will actually move the business. We will tell you which one we think it is before you commit to anything.
