Introduction to Programming I

The first programming module, taught in C++. Thirty lessons following the study guide, a compiler that runs in the browser, and timed revision papers built from the guide's own exercises.

What comes with the module

Practice lab

Thirty lessons in study guide order following the module, each one teaching and then asking you to write something. Press Run and a real compiler builds it — g++, the same one your assignments are marked against, so the errors you learn to read are the ones you will meet. Nothing to install, and it works on a phone.

Revision marathon

Five timed papers built from the study guide's own exercises, each question named by the page it is printed on. Mark yourself against the worked answers and it ends with a list of what to go back to, worst first.

Tutorial support

Help with logic, pseudocode, assignments and exam preparation from someone who has taught the module, rather than a forum answer that solves someone else's problem.

Join the class

Sign up and we send you an invoice. The module opens as soon as it is paid, and your work is saved to your account so you can start on a laptop and carry on from a phone.
